Basic Windows XP OS service pack 3, didn't have any issues until service pack 3 update go figure, that is all I can really release on the PCs.

i would just go to sleep at night thinking nov 2nd ... if it comes earlier thats always a good thing but figure nov 2nd as a more reliable date

All my sprint rep can tell me is that "HTC has them", and that was yesterday when I emailed him about it for the 3 millionth time.

Computers seem to be backup and running normal. Been working with the verizon rom and could not find a qualcomm processor driver, so it is looking possible the verizon version of the pro may be crippled but verizon is still discussing not doing this due to the cost. Spoke with sprint today around lunch and dates are still looking good.

As for the extended battery question, the cover is currently under design it will have either the sprint, HTC, or No logo, The color will match still, The battery will be for the Diamond and Pro. Sprint is leaning more toward the 2400mAH extended which is sounds great to me, Other third party company's may release larger but will require a different case cover.

Best Buy also conferenced in to to discuss with sprint expected delivery dates and processing and sprint is really pushing for the 24th ship date and receving by the 25th for 26th sale. But again this is a estimate and sprint also explain this to BB. Sprint is considering the Updates to be more important due to the returns and replacements of the diamond.

no the TP will not have visual voice, if you want that you need to get an Instinct. I wouldn't recommend that over a PPC, but it's your $$ do what ya feel.

Was that necessary? He asked a question answered by your first eight words. Was the rest actually at all helpful?

I'm personally rather disappointed that Sprint hasn't extended the visual voicemail to their other phones. Seems very useful to have.
