So does that mean HTC is considering designing a Diamond style Pro battery cover? If so, could you PLEASE do everything in your power to approve the idea? Or promote it to your boss by saying something like 'It will help their marketing because it is unique and stylish'

Already ahead of you, when i saw the backing buisness casual come to mind, ( figures Sprint ), Me i love the diamond backing, here's how I put the idea

Explained to HTC and sprint, that it could be a likely be profitable, It would count as a accessory for the phone and allow customization to the phone - Something sprint lacks currently and needs, Explained also if a battery cover was lost instead of replacing it at cost to sprint a customer could purchase that cover if they perfer ( another profit ). Then to my amazement sprint agreed with no questions asked except would it be possible to do different colors and could the factory cover be available, then there was also the question of covers, I then brought up that the phone design is ment to be shown off but the back portion could be the key for design, Also explained this would be a useful way to promot the extended battery, sprint again agreed no questions asked, and for once there was a pause from HTC on the conference call ( can you say heaven? ). So its looking again so far but has not be comfirmed or put into design.

Yes you are correct, they are the same warehouse, just a matter of sprint making the decision,

Also to add to note One of my co workers stopped by the local best buy today for supplies, and they did see a demo model of the pro and a line of people looking at it, so that must be a sign from the PPC gods lol.

Thanks to triggerhappy from sprintusers.com for pics of HTC Touch Pro! Enjoy taken with blackberry...:hee: Apparently he works for best buy and was able to take pics of the demo they have! Zoom in to get better view .... thanks guys for all the info i hope this help!!

Awesome! If my Best Buy has the demo in, I'm actually going to see if they'll let me snap some shots also.

If you notice in 1st image it appears pro is a bit longer(length)....hmmmm

Actually, in a lot of comparison pics the Touch Pro looked longer, which made me realize that the specs released weren't 100% accurate.

Anyhow, as long as it's shorter and less wide than my mogul and I can notice the difference, I'll be truly happy. I'm already expecting it to be just as thick.
