At p-slim ok thanks I was just wondering did anybody get it waived...and to the guy I'm quoting to make along story short I was doing the evp wrong but got it Straight yesterday. And I don't mind having to send the MIR but with my last phone had the bigest problem getting the damn rebate!!! Went thru hell and back remember I forgot something and had 2 go back in get it lol sorta say. But finally got it so that's why I was wondering if anyone got the MIR waived that's all no biggie but thanks for you both clearing that up. Now its the waiting/hope its released on oct 19th game

Yeah I was just wondering if you knew anyone that actually got them to waive it, because that would seem strange to me. Yeah, October 19th will be a busy day for Sprint whether they release it or not with all the calls from people wanting to order.

You'd have to talk to Sprint directly to get them to give a direct rebate to your account, rather than the MIR. The MIR that you'll be sending is directly through Sprint, not EVP. EVP provides the form, but the form is a Sprint form. When you click on the MIR link on the EVP website, it pulls up the PDF Sprint form.

Thanks for the info...and to the other guy naw I didn't know anyone who got it wavied just was asking really but its cool I'll just send it in no problem I hope and yea sprint will be busy on oct 19th for sure

Maybe you can have it charged to your account, then have retention or someone give you $100 credit on your account, that would be another way to go.

That would be my recommendation too. My phone is going to be charged to my Sprint Account and I'll most likely call them to see if they can just credit the MIR rather than having to mail it in. If they say no, not a big deal.

I'm In the US Navy and listed through VHA, and to correct the previous post I had The initial Rep said the 8th speaking on a diamond i already have. For the Touch Pro He stated as most of you already did will ship out on the 20th* in addition EVP and VHA are both different, the same in some ways but when it comes to instant credits,designs,add on products and releases it may vary on their warehouse stock as said by retentions.

It looks like the price is $399.99 up front with a $100 mail-in rebate. The tentative release date is October 19th, which is a Sunday, so it will be mailed out the 20th.

Hahaha...true. Sprint seriously should consider getting a better design team. Their graphics are ugly...LOL...although, they have been getting "better" over the past few years.
