You can speed things up that way. Make sure you have provided them with the proper ID (two of them) and the proof of employment, before you call.

does anyone know evp phone no?my corp has a discount with sprint and I have a discount with sprint,but I have no e-mail address with them,so how can they verify that im a employee with them ?thats why I need to speak with someone at evp.

I think then the primary name on the sprint account would have to match. You can call them and ask.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but with evp, they are not customer service or retentions, you have no bargaining leverage what so ever. that's the pre order price, if you want it get it if not then keep it moving.

everybody thats ordered through evp, has to do the mail in rebate.
