Okay I just got this:

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I am sorry for the inconvenience you
have experienced due to the handset problem.

As stated in the last interaction by previous representatives that the
handset is still under the manufacturing warranty. Therefore, I would
suggest you to please purchase the Touch PRO handset at the nearest
Sprint Store and we will send the return kit for the HTC Mogul through
e-care. Once this handset is returned to the warehouse the account will
be credited for the handset price. This way you will be charged only
the price difference of the handset.

The account will be credited for the handset in 1 to 2 billing cycle.
However, I would suggest you to please provide us the Tracking Number of
the returned handset and we will apply the credit of the handset through
e-care.

In addition to this, I can offer you additional $50.00 credit from my
side on handset upgrade. So, you need to purchase the handset at the
Sprint Store and after activating it just replay and we will apply the
$150.00 ($100.00 previous promised +$50.00 promised now) credit on the
account.

If you need any further assistance please write back. I will assist you
further.

Thank you again for e-mailing Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
Marc S.
Customer Service Specialist

Thank you for contacting Sprint Customer Service. I am happy to assist
you regarding the handset upgrade.

I understand that the HTC Mogul handset active on the line ********** is
not working properly. The account is not eligible for any rebate against
the purchase of any handset. Considering the exception, I can offer the
rebate of $100.00 from my side.

You can purchase new handset from one of our following sales channels:
1) Sprint Store: You can visit nearest Sprint Store for the equipment.
The advantage is that you can view the actual equipment. Plus you can
activate the same at the store.

The nearest Sprint Store is just 2.7 miles away from you and the address
is as mentioned below:

9. Which company makes the winner of the 2008 “Green Car of the Year” award?

Answer: Toyota’s much publicized quality problems resulted in Consumer Reports actually removing from their recommended vehicles list the Lexus GS luxury car, Camry V6 sedan, and Tundra pickup. This demotion occurred in October 2007.

This Q &A list was put together by an employee of an American car company who just might lose his job because of public perceptions that do not match reality. If you are one of the many Americans who gave up on Detroit ’s cars because of a bad experience many years ago, it’s time to rethink your position. Rethink Detroit .
Detroit automakers: 79 U.S. jobs per 2,500 cars sold in America .
Foreign automakers: 33 U.S. jobs per 2,500 cars sold in America .
