Yup. Retentions wouldn't even upgrade me to the Touch Pro because it wasn't avaialble yet. Well, it was good to dream of earlier than expected release. I'll just wait patiently until next month. Good news is, retentions hooked me up with Airave because of the poor signal in my house.

Did sprint give you the airave unit free or the unit free with free service of the unit?

Let's just say, I've had a good experience with Sprint CS ever since Dan Hesse became CEO. Nothing but good things to say because comparing my issues from 6/07 (and how they were resolved or not until 12/07) vs. 1/08 issues to now (and how they were resolved)...Night and Day.

yea i just need to request a tape pull and i get my touch pro free according to the person that told canceled my order for me....

+1 for this. I did the same for Apache to Mogul when my USB connector was having issues. Took it to repair center, came back in an hour and was told "we couldn't repair your phone, but here's a 6800 instead." I was stoked...I plan on doing the same for the Raphael now that my Mogul is having some strange hardware problems. BTW, I was out of contract then and am still out of contract now. So hopefully, I can get a free Touch Pro and if/when some crazy WiMAX phone comes out, I'm all over it.

Ok I have a question. I have a mogul and the keyboard is acting a fool. I have insur. If I walk in the service center will they fix my phone for free? And if they don't fix the phone and have to give me a new phone will I have to pay the duc. Or is it free since I have insur.?

You only have to pay the deductible if you make a claim through Asurion. You only have to make a claim if the phone is lost/stolen or has heavy physical damage.

O ok. So I should be able to go in to a service repair store and they fix it for free or replace it for free right? Had a friend who had a problem didn't have insur had to pay 55 since they couldn't fix it. My keyboard only works sometimes. Have a hard time typing. And seeing since "O" is an vowel a lot of word use it lol.
