This guy was definitely lying to you. if they're in the back, whats wrong with showing them to you? how would he get fired for that? and definitely if you're saying the sprint store has them, then you're definitely wrong. The sprint stores just barely got the diamond last thursday or friday. they won't be getting the pro till like 3 weeks after its released.

ATS is stilling saying 10/19... not that I can since I am guaranteed a swap for the Diamond.

I agree with the OP. All these release date threads suck. They should be merged, as there is not reason to have individual threads for each speculated date. If I was a mod, I'd merge the hell out of them, and any other would-be date threads.

i went ahead and mergers them just as i did with the other 6 threads and more threads that are created will be deleted and op will be givin a warning

i just called telesales, i asked about touch pro and they said it was revised and will be available november 17th. man this sucks, thats outside my 30 days
