playbook is for the whole of sprint, so basically telesales. there is no way to know when stores will have them because those dates will vary from store to store.

Hey... I just got off with Sprint. I called them for a return kit for my Diamond.I told them my phone gets too hot and the front buttons takes alot of pushing to get them to response so I dont like the phone.Then she asked me if I had another phone in mind and I said the Pro. She put me on hold to go get a date. She she they dont have a spacific date for it but she said sometime in December. LOL. Ok.. I will take the Nov. 2 date now. lol.\ Well.. looks like I will get the return kits on Monday. Soo.. i will have dinner and maybe a final slow dance with the Diamond over the weekend and then break the news to it. I am divorcing it.

Damn, I'm starting to get so suspicious of all of this. As pessimistic as I've been about those of you that have 10/19 in minds...I'm still very curious to see what Sprint does and if the phone will be available (through whatever means, telesales/evp/store/wherever).

I've been on this site to help me research information about the Touch Pro, which I am anxious for. I can't wait for the release especially since I've been phone less for a month now. Vexing really.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone to has contributed to this thread and site, it's freaking awesome.

By the way, I can't push the thank you button for everyone, can I? It'll be too cumbersome! :P

maybe she said that to try to deter you from returning the diamond? lol sounds like a stretch, but maybe she was trying to call your bluff by giving you a bogus release date for the pro. who knows... this is all madness

Do you get some kind of brownie points for how many times people push "Thanks"? Or free software? Just curious, since someone actually saying thanks seems so much more genuine

I think saying thanks or just clicking the button is more for encouragement. Its nice to know when you're helping. But I'd prefer to say it.

The information on this thread really helped me understand the touch pro a lot more.
