Re: Way early EVO! *does cartwheel*
cheaper and less parts to replace right? TP1!
I am weary of samsung as well. I've had a few of their free clamshells and they were uh, "ok." But others swear by them. HOPEFULLY, the epic, being top shelf will be good.

Re: Way early EVO! *does cartwheel*
i haven't had any problems with the phone. it will slow down once every few days, and i just close some apps manually or restart the device. no random freezing, and i've thrown a good 40 apps on it. i like the stock look, but i went ahead and rooted once they figured out 2.2. all in all, i'm still trying to get used to the lack of keyboard, (swype works well, but there are no arrow buttons or hw d-pad) but everything else is great. i like how the epic looks, but there is and will be so much more community support for the evo.

What do you mean by bad video? I haven't had any problems on my evo with any videos. The only problem I see is the video not playing at 60fps only 30fps. But that can be fixed with rooting. Plus most people can't tell the difference with the frames per second anyway. Hopefully your epic won't give you problems. My evo has been good to me except for battery life. I plan on fixing that with a new htc phone. I don't think htc can fix battery issue on evo. Sent from my Evo using Tapatalk |
