Quick Cell Phone Help Needed !

ya i forgot all about that.........But that does a hard reset towards it brings the phone back to factory settings as the way i bought it new and out of the box

what do you mean? if you want to delete everything just do the volume power button thing. but their isnt another way in your case cause your screen doesnt work.

I am not positive this will work but...connect the phone to your pc and you can access the folders in file explorer from there through my computer. then go to my device. locate pim. copy and paste it to your sd card. when you copy it to your new one do not erase pim on my device. change the name to pimold and then after that copy pim (saved copy) to root of my device. Good luck.
