Quick Cell Phone Help Needed !
 

I just did a search on here and came up with nothing..

What is the name of the program, were you can control your cell phone from your computer....Ive used it before and cant remember the name of it


Picture of my touch pro will come up on my computer screen and with my mouse i can control my cell phone

You have several choices: Mymobiler, and Wifi Remote Access which is pretty freakin' awesome!

Mymobiler, is exactly the program im looking for........but doesn't look likes its going to help me out.....Here is the problem.......i have a touch pro and some how at work today, i screwed up the touch screen part of it........well before i warranty the phone out i want to save my contacts some how....

Ive used PIM backup many times before, but this time for some reason i didn't put it on my phone.......IF you understand is their away to get my contacts saved ?

i guess i could do it thru outlook but never tried it before

i would do that, cause i dont think you have to touch the screen at all to do it. just get active sync and connect the phone, you might have to download a version of outlook though.

i cant get it to work for some reason.......it tells me to unplug, start outlook again, and plug back in....

ok ok i finally got it to work, and my contacts are backed-up

my next question once i deal with tech sport for 3 hours trying to get my phone warrantied out since i have insurgence....since the touch screen doesn't work, how do i do a hard reset since i have texts,pictures, and email on their, and i don't want people having my information once i send the phone back

If you want to delete everything. you have to hold the power button and the volume down button, and while holding them hit the hard rest button with your stylus.
