Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800) - ALPHA (buggy. as. hell.)
I must say that with the latest kernal the phone runs amazingly well! I've been using it since around 6 pm last night and I've had no trouble other then having to charge every few hours. if we got gps (the battery would probably explode) this phone would be near complete for me I rarely use the camera so I could live without it and as much as I love bluetooth i could live without it too
Thanks for the amazing effort and work!! |

Is Whether the sound works in the kernal or the system.sqsh?

There might be some part of it in the system.sqsh. But it's primarily a kernel issue.

I have a similar issue. On incoming or outgoing calls, there is no sound.. the phone rings.. On answer the calling party can't hear me and vice versa.. Any way to fix this?

Hmm. Not sure about that. Did you start a call in WinMo and let it ring as you started HaRET? It's a necessary evil at this point (and the biggest bug with the current builds). But, even without that, you should be able to hear them on the earpiece.
Someone tried to convince me that those issues had to do with the radio rom. (sound working or not, power off working or not -- they're connected, and work on some devices but not others). I'm not convinced, but that may be just because I don't want to bother with reflashing my phone in order to test it. |

try making a call and staying on it while you launch haret. that'll allow ppl to hear you.
