Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
Sorry the only reason this came up is I had to revert back to stock rom and relock my phone for warranty purposes and I had been using custom roms with 6.5 for so long that going back to 6.1 the auto brightness was on and I had no idea, I thought it might be something to do with them replacing my hardware. I apologize.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
I wanted to share my tale of woe with everyone. Last night I was going to a meeting where my phone HAD to be silent and I was running the latest Kernel. I put android on airplane mode and on silent. well about 30 min into it my phone silently rebooted into winmo which wasn't on silent at all and started going off. something to be aware of

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
Ok, here is my big big question on the going from windows to andriod thing...
I use Outlook for my calendar, task, contacts..etc, so down the road once I use Andriod, which I will, do I need to remove ALL my contacts from gmail first so when I sync my contacts from my outlook, they will transfer smoothly to gmail with my contact id? I guess all my calendar stuff will just transfer over google calendar, but my main concern will be my contacts. Plus I use my cableone email as my main email provider. I guess I can pop3 that email address too in Andriod, right? Sorry if this is a rediculous question, however its been in the back of my head for some time now, but love the new Andriod better than windows, hands down. thanks

Anyone know how to or find a hack to increase the incall volume? Its way to quiet when its all the way up. I had to hack winmo also.

+1 Agreed... Speakerphone quiet too, although ringer and media volumes in YouTube are okay.
