often sprint will credit assurion's fee if the fee is billed to the account and if they believe there is just cause (but thats up to the sprint rep to decide not us)

Why is everyone looking for something for free???? The reason you got insurance on your phone, just like you would with your vehicle is not to pay FULL PRICE in a case where you need it. Surely you don't think by paying an additional $7 per month for coverage you are entitled to a FREE PHONE? I work for the company and I do know a work around but i'd never share it with someone looking for a free ride....

He is apart of the group of people that called and cried to asurion to request their TP be replaced with the TP2. So now that he got a BNIB TP2 and that asurion billed his account and he wants Sprint to credit him for the $100. Why start a new thread and not just go back to the same one and ask like you did the first time? Im not against you getting asurion to give you an UPGRADE or Sprint to credit your account but explain the whole story so people might not mistaken that Sprint "did you wrong".

but there still not losing money, they make enough money out of use anyway...

I think we should all deserve something free once in a while.
I dont see whats wrong with that. Like I said there plans are not really cheap and for a couple people getting a "free" phone wont hurt their company.
