dude ur the reason why we even have to pay 100 dollar deductible. it used to be 30 then 50 now 100. if you scammed them to get urself a new touch pro 2 (when the real price is 599) i say you already got yourself something for free or 499 off. these kinds of posts make this board look bad. why did you have to replace your phone in the first place?

No offense intended, but a cell phone is a luxury, any way you slice it.

You took the insurance knowing that the deductible was $100. Pay the $100 and move on.

If you can't afford it, find someone who is willing to take over your contract and move on.

You truly did not expect a free phone for $7 a month, did you?

I can't speak for everyone, but when I added insurance to my account, I was informed of the monthly fee and the deductible while on that call. Also, I received a flyer when the deductible was increased from $50 to $100.

i was too, just seems like he wants something for free in my opinion... cant even say what was broken on the phone..... not knowing the 100 deductible? hell theres even mad threads about that when the change and such was made here....

I mean 7 bucks a month does add up...
and I didnt talk to them on the phone, I was chatting with a sprint rep and told him I wanted to add the insurance on my phone and he did it, he didnt say anything about the deductable charges.

all due respect hun, but the new amount has been in effect since april(almost positive) also they sent out mailing long before april to allow us all to brace for it. it seems to me that you recieved a pro2 for 100 and did not even have to get a two ur contract, i believe you should be doing a happy dance....
