I currently have an 8 gb and I have 100 mb left after deleting some songs because I was too low on memory. (I also only have 14 mb storage left on my phone.) and I still have half music that I can't carry with me.

Re: 16 GB Micro SD review thread.

Whatever brand of card you use, make sure you back it up religiously.

Like I stated earlier, my first two POS sandisk cards stopped working & had to be replaced under warranty. One of them blanked itself out at the same time I was flashing to MightyROM & was completely unrecoverable (by normal means anyway)

That card had well over 12 gigs of stuff on it at the time with movies, multiple Sprite BU files, YT videos, cab files, mp3's, themes etc etc etc etc but I had backed it up two days earlier to my LT.

Re: 16 GB Micro SD review thread.

Seems like ebay prices for 16 are:

Class 2 - $30
Class 4 - $40
Class 6 - $60

I might just pick up a Class 2 or 4 and see how it goes. I do use it for video though. I just had a generic 8GB Class 6 go bad (it worked fine on my TP but only works intermittently on my TP2 and I have tried formatting it both on the computer and in the TP2).

How much does the Class level impact the copy speed when you plug it into your computer to put files on the card vs. playback of files on the device?

Or maybe the Polaroid from Fry's is a better deal - although on Amazon it seemed to say it was a Class 2 not Class 4.

I have also had 2 16gb Sandisk cards go bad on me, but it is all I use.
