I sent my old phone in on day 15. After like 30 calls from them. So I don't know... You should keep your phone longer and tell us how long it took and how much you had to pay for your broken phone. lol.

lol and they have not called me. they call you on the phone or another phone like a home phone? jw cause they have my house number but i have the volume down cause i dont use my home phone. and where do they charge me? my sprint bill? and ill just come up with some story and say I misplaced it because I orginized the room I had it in and misplaced it and see if that works, lol

See... they sent me the replacement phone... I activated it and they called me on that phone and hhaarraasseedd (forgot how to spell so I played it safe...lol) the heck out of me. I did tell them I was busy and that I had lost the shipping bag so they threatedned to bill me on my Sprint bill. Jerks. I promptly found the bag and sent it back.

lol! well they had sent me the replacment phone, once I got it I activated it, and that's it, have not heard from asurion or sprint about billing me.
but where would I get billed from, sprint or asurion?
because right now my sprint bill is paid off so I know its not there and asurion im not sure how they will bill me?

When you file a claim, do they send you a brand spanking new phone replacement?..or will they send you a refurbished phone?

actually depends on what the have in stock, I have gotta a brand new TP2 so yeah. it just depends.

thanks for the info. it's funny though that you pay them each month for a few years and when an accident happens to your phone, they'll send you a used....im sorry, "refurbished" phone. kinda irritating especially if the total months you've been paying without a claim has been more than the price of the phone. aside from that, you pay a $50-$100 deductible depending on what type of damage/claim you're putting in.

gotta love free enterprise!!
