Im going to take an educated guess here and say that the youtube app is either intercepting the youtube specific links ot Opera 9.7 is setup to send and execute the youtube app.

Nope, flash play directly on IE. Only Opera open with YouTube. Opera version 9.7 Build 35541. Try it yourself with this build see if whether this build help you open from Youtube

well it sounds like its opera 9.7, so find that and install via cab. as for putting this in my rom. id much rather have the push internet favs then this youtube trick.

Can someone post some pics on what the Youtube app looks like on this Juicy ROM? I really like the Youtube app that comes stock as opposed to the official one from the Youtube site or going to m.youtube.com.

youtube app is the stock HTC one, not the "official" one from youtibe.

IE actually plays the videos IN the page, kinda like skyfire. It does a pretty ****ty job of it though.

Ane as reported earlier, Opera opens it in the HTC Youtubr app
