and like I said earlier this method for some reason also plays the sound, which did not work for me when using the youtube application before. I am running Juicy R3 rom.


Summary:
If i open the youtube application it will play a video, but without sound.

If I use the email link method, which opens up the youtube application it works with sound.

i want to see this it sounds like ur getting streaming media. and if your not it sounds like the version of youtube is intercepting this... but also sounds like ti dont work all that great... so i aint interested if thats the case lol

I'm not confused guys. It opens in the HTC YOUTUBE Player, not the ****ty streaming media player.

I hated the streaming media player where the video looks like a postage stamp. THis opens it up in the actual youtube player. Flash it yourself and see.


P.S. i don't have mmille8's problem either. I get sound both ways, the way it should be

6ok mike and juggalo, you guys need to figure out how juicy did this. this would be a big plus for the community. i say you 2 because juicy doesnt really post in the forums. he usually sticks to his rom thread and other rom threads.

I can confirmed that it work woth Juicy R3 rom, when you click on Watch Video, it load up on YouTube application. YouTube version 2.6 Build 1920.2631.

im taking a breather for a day or so, between the provisioning cabs and the tethering fiasco. im jaded lol

but ill figure out how this works for u guys and post what i find in a day or 2

To those of you that have this working, do other FLV videos from other sites open up in the youtube player (gametrailers etc.) or just Youtube Vids?
