I understand your point, but you have to understand that if it can happen to you guys it can more than likely happen on other carriers as well.

Everyone has a vested interest. Besides that, it is nice to confirm that who is affected, so Sprint, Verizon, ATT, etc users posting and contributing helps

Yeah, true, sorry about the jump, I saw that and I freaked out, then I went and looked at my data usage for the past 14 days and saw the charge, I really freaked out at that point. Again, sorry if I snapped at anyone!

As I stated previously... method of tether could be a factor, atleast two of the charged telus users, used the popup on the phone to share the internet via USB.

When I use Wifi, I use the XDA Wifi sharing. I don't like WM Wifirouter. But just its noted as well, I have used the USB connection before with the stock ROM from Telus and never got any charges!
