Calls to Data Network Assistance (DNA) at Telus are pretty useless. The first level guys seem to follow a script, then log a ticket. The second level guys have some training on the phone. I had a Touch Pro 2 for about two months with no issues, then one issue developed so I needed a swap unit. The swap unit has the data call failure, and trying to switch back to my original unit was fruitless, as it now suffers from the data call failure because of activation. No one at Telus knew this was a known issue until I called back and told them about this site. Obviously, there are Telus people who know about this site, but nowhere in their system did they have the error listed as a known issue. I am disappointed that they make everyone wait a minimum of three days of a ticket being issued, even though you have been going through this since Nov 12. Telus is sinking as low as Rogers on this one.
