are we trying to get into bootloader or hard reset? i thought you were trying to get it to hard reset.

have you tried the hard reset combo? right now bootloader mode won't do much for you without the unlocker and even then it's a tossup. hold down on the talk and end keys at the same time, then hold the power button in for like 5 seconds. tell me what happens
