Strangeness...

I've been checking this site for the unlocker often, and today I could have sworn I saw it; I didn't have my laptop, but I checked with my phone. Anyway I clicked on the link and I SWEAR it was the TP2 CDMA link, but the page must have jumped or something, because I now realize I downloaded the HSPL for the Touch Pro. Anyhow, in my enthusiasm I went and flashed this to my TP2. Obviously it won't turn on now, but is there any way to save it?

yep... go through insurance so htc can save it...

ouch. no clue man, never flashed the wrong hspl to a phone before. hope it can be saved...

i'm not sure how good vzw insurance is, but it's through asurion so file a claim through them. not sure i would mention that you tried to hack your phone though, they probably wouldn't like that too much.

You downloaded the hardspl thru your TP2? and ran it from your TP2?

No, when I got home I transferred it to my laptop. My mistake was not checking the thread; I just flashed happily like an idiot.
