Maybe aggressive isn't the right word. When I first read the subject line, I perceived a negative/arrogant tone--Particularly the "Can Anyone Explain..." portion. Anyway, not here to argue the point, just merely a suggestion.

Wait can someone explain if I'm just bugging out or did no one notice in the thread it says:

Both the HSPL (Flash Unlock) and SIM Unlocker are completed. The final things to be worked out are the mirrors and licensing server. I will let Cmonex explain the licensing herself in more detail, but the basics are that you get one license per person and can request another one or two if needed, the basis is to prevent mass-unlocking by someone looking to make money off of their work.

Be Patient.

I don't understand what this licensing thing is though. Why not just let people P2P it if its about bandwith? Or is licensing charging? Either way, won't someone just end up uploading it somewhere else anyway? I'm actually being serious, the unlocker can wait, it's not like theres much different to do for now anyway, but I don't understand what this means.

I agree, I don't understand if they are going to charge us for the SIM unlocker or not.

The GSM version is already out. We're all waiting for the CDMA. As for why it's taking for ever, my opinion is poor planning.

i will be ready when ready just be patient. I donated as well like many of you and I feel thier doing the best they can despite all you from the ones kissing thier asses and licking thier butts to the one rready to murder them. They are working hard so just be patient.
