Yes and no. Cabs install files, make registry changes, are removable typcially through the Remove Programs, etc. Registry edits are where you use a registry editor -PHM Registry Editor, Resco Explorer, etc. -to edit the registry yourself and make one or more changes. Quite often registry changes are the "tweaks" you make to change something. Now the kicker is that you can actually put registry changes into a .REG file and then simply run that file to apply those changes. This saves you editing the registry yourself, as that can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. And just to confuse matters worse, you can actually 'cab' a registry setting / file, where you make a .cab file that contains only registry edits. But that's just going to confuse things more for you

ok thanks got another question how long does it take for you guys to get opera to load. I hit launch browser and I see the HTC loading until it gets to google and it takes at least 20 seconds or more is this normal?? How can I speed it up if it's not. Only thing I did to the phone is the cleanup cab.

Another noob question so when I load cabs onto my phone I'm about to download the no top and bottom curtains do I load these onto memory card or onto the device? Just wondering as when I did the tweaks it gave me the option and everyone says to load onto device. Pretty much when you load cabs do you always load them to device?

Quick question. A friend has the the Touch Pro 2 and she is not very "phone savvy". Her pics are not saving in her "My Pictures" file. How can she change it? I thought there was a setting menu when you turned on the camera. But she claims she doesnt see it

Nah they go to the Storage card in the DCM folder. thats default for all digital cameras like the ones you buy

Dude, hit the phone button to bring up the dailpad, click menu at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, hit options, then advanced!

Phone hardware button>menu>options>advanced.....
