Man, I am having no luck. I took my TP in yesterday because it is basically a paperweight and after talking to both a sprint store, ASC and corporate, I can't get anybody to offer me ANYTHING, much less a TP2, as a comparable replacement except for a TP. This is my 2 replacement and nobody will even tell me what options are available. So much for "proactively" moving customers away from the TP.

I don't know guys, I took mine in friday for the 3rd time and they just gave me another refrub... luckily I got a brand new TP2 for 380 on craigs list.
What are my chances of reactivating my TP1 and then asking for an upgrade??? Edit: Yeah sorry to most of you, if it isn't like your 4th one.. GOOD LUCK! try craigs list! |

I call them couple time, went to store they check it out and and they offer me Black berry , when I mention TP 2 they said it is on back order .

i picked up my TP2 yesterday. the center here in ft. myers is replacing the hell out of TP with TP2.

Finally got swapped out today after starting this process last Saturday and calling over and over and 3rd store visit. They gave me a tp2 refurb for my tp, its a huge improvement and ill live without the box.

15 different customer service reps. 7 different departments inclucding Advance Tech Support and Retentions. 2 hour trip to my local store, and yesterday I received what Sprint told me would be a TP2. It was a TP1. I called back, ripped off a couple more heads (POLITELY, these people may be idiots, but they don't deserve the stress of a verbally abusive customer, and they're more likely to help when you are civil) my TP2 is promised to arrive monday. Got the tracking # and errrthaaaang!!

I've got 2 stores, 1 corporate and 1 ASC willing to give me a TP2 but both say they are OOS. Called CS, they say they can't order it over the phone. Those of you getting TP2s right now must be getting it NIB. Basically, we need to wait for people to return their broken TP2s so they can replenish the refurbished stock for those of us waiting on TP2s.
This is so frustrating, I have the offer but not the phone in my hand :( |

I've checked the Sprint site for store locations near me. Do I need to go to a store that does "Repairs" to have my TP1 exchanged? Also, some show:
Replacements (by mail) I guess I should avoid those stores if I need a replacement the same day? |
