i got mine today too.... all it came with was the phone, AC charger and battery. there's sprint giving me the shaft again!

Hehe, a combination of both. I went into one store (non-corporate) opened a ticket then told me they couldn't issue the phone... they said they'd leave it open for a few weeks and I could keep calling to check if they had TP2s in store.

So I called a corporate store and referenced the ticket, the guy said he really isn't supposed to but sympathized with my situation and ordered the phone for me.

So I THINK it counts as an in-store situation.

I'm so pissed right now. Went to the Sprint store to pick up my replacement TP. The tech went back and to my surprise brought out a refurb. TP2. I told her that I'd take it home to activate it myself. She then told me that she needs to activate it in store. So I told her to make sure nothing in my plan changes. She made sure that nothing would changed except for the phone.

So she proceeds to activate it, hands it to me and off I go. When I got home, I logged on to check that everything was ok.

MY PLAN WAS CHANGED FROM MY $30 SERO TO THE $69.99 EVERYTHING PLAN!


I'm so pissed. What should I do?

you should not get charged anything, I got mine replaced as well and it did not change anything because it was a refurb!

I'd call Sprint continuously until someone changed it back to SERO
