touch pro2 shortcut to settings ( control pannel ) cdma sprint

i have been looking around if someone made a cab or some type of option so i can access it other then having to restart the unit and press start to get the old start menu so i can uninstall a program or change a theme or so on.... i have looked around but i see no one has really addressed the issue or sorry has but there is no resolution...
