i have been looking around if someone made a cab or some type of option so i can access it other then having to restart the unit and press start to get the old start menu so i can uninstall a program or change a theme or so on.... i have looked around but i see no one has really addressed the issue or sorry has but there is no resolution...

I'm not sure if this helps, but I believe you can access the original "Settings" section by navigating from the Home tab to the Settings tab from within the TouchFLO 3D interface - it should usually be the farthest option on the right and on my TP2 (sprint) it is indicated by a Gear on the tab. Once you're on that screen, there will be two tabs at the bottom of the screen - with the left tab reading "All Settings." Click on the left tab at the bottom that reads "All Settings" and you should find yourself in the right place.

As I'm sure you know, swiping your finger to the left from the home screen moves the tab selector to the right (the Contacts tab for me). However, swiping to the right takes you instantly to the Settings tab. It's a little quicker than sliding the tab selector all the way to the right.
