I'm not sure if this helps, but I believe you can access the original "Settings" section by navigating from the Home tab to the Settings tab from within the TouchFLO 3D interface - it should usually be the farthest option on the right and on my TP2 (sprint) it is indicated by a Gear on the tab. Once you're on that screen, there will be two tabs at the bottom of the screen - with the left tab reading "All Settings." Click on the left tab at the bottom that reads "All Settings" and you should find yourself in the right place.
