How to get iGo8 run on TP2 with TTS enable and 2009 NA Maps (step by step guide)

Used to work, after I flashed the new ROM, it just suddenly stopped.

Same here. I used the 11/25 mightyrom and I have 47% memory utilization but no TTS even with low quality voices.

Latest Mighty Rom on TP2 (Sprint 11/25/09) and no TTS working despite it allowing me to choose the TTS voices from the iGo menus.

I never was able to confirm it before on previous MRs for the TP2 as I just got the device and just got iGo 8.

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I have been using iGo for several years now and I have been successfully running TTS on my stock Sprint ROM and on other WM 6.5 Roms (Diamond, TP, etc.) but not Mighty 112509 TP II. I have even written a custom mort script to close HTC Sense, run clean ram and then launch iGo 8. I have yet to get it (TTS)working with Mighty ROM. I stoped push internet as well. I have been trying multiple sys.txt entries with memory and cache, but no avail. After a fresh boot, I'm at about 50% which is more that necessary to run iGO with TTS. I feel that the program is possibly looking at mem required as a %, rather than the physical amount needed. Maybe someone on here has it working and could share their sys.txt. I typically don't post much unless I can contribute, but hopefully someone else can chime in and help. Maybe Mike himself is an iGo user. Any other iGo8 users care to help. Thanks!

It seems a problem for other GPS software as well. My iGuidance stopped TTS after upgrading to MR. MR is a great ROM still. So I wish this can be fixed so I don't need to downgrade to earlier versions.

11/25 Mighty ROM a no go for me either. I flashed back to his 10/30 ROM and TTS is working again.
