Well I just returned from the Sprint store...no joy!! They actually said call in I will get a new phone quicker.
By the way no mods on this phone as of yet, just a fluke. I guess when they were making them the guy at the end of the production line sneezed when mine passed by.LOL

dropped it while I was crossing a street and a car ran over it. it still makes calls to the last incoming number. it is definitely a VERY tough phone. stuck using a blackberry storm
 until I get my replacement.

Okay this is officially a pain in the A$$.
I called support and they wouldn't exchange the phone because my sales rep gave me the phone for free and it was under 30 days. So I called my rep and I quote "that is bull, they should have swapped it out". Of course he is taking care of things and I will have to sit and wait I am truly getting frustrated that it is this complicated.
