Okay this is officially a pain in the A$$.
I called support and they wouldn't exchange the phone because my sales rep gave me the phone for free and it was under 30 days. So I called my rep and I quote "that is bull, they should have swapped it out". Of course he is taking care of things and I will have to sit and wait I am truly getting frustrated that it is this complicated.
