Re: Zagg Invisible Shield...sucks?

Looks like I might try the Phantom Skinz after seeing GrandMasterB's pics. I'm most worried about the screen and surround. The battery cover can be replaced easily. Looks like this one has everything covered though.
BTW, my VZW TP2 has a much lighter gray battery cover, almost silver. Why is the one in this picture black (or really dark)? Just curious.

I have a Sprint so can't say on Verizon, but a lot of people dye their back covers.

Re: Zagg Invisible Shield...sucks?

I cant stand Zaggs. They are tough as nails, but the film is sticky/gooey. It makes it really hard to slide your finger across the screen, and if you have to use the stylus, you can forget it.
I actually like the stock protector that Sprint gives with thier TP2.

Re: Zagg Invisible Shield...sucks?

Zagg shields suck giant donkey balls. You either get it on right the first time, or it's game over. The "application sponge" leaves particles on the shield, which is annoying. If you try to fix it, it makes it worse.

Should have stuck with Martin Fields...after 8 years, they are still the best.

Re: Zagg Invisible Shield...sucks?

Do we need a double post???? anyway i went to the mall and had them put it on for me was not happy that i had to pay extra for it for them to put it on but i am really bad at it so i guess you pay to have it right.

It looks great not a mark anywhere. It is a little more sticky then the stock but is a lot better then the stock.

All in all it is fine if you can put it on right or have someone do it for you but it has been over 24 hours now and im glad it is done with no bubbles and lifetime guarantee.
