Would not adjust my price, was within 30 days, they sent my return label, it arrived in the mail yesterday. Back it goes.

i emailed ecare friday and got back a response yesterday saying its a corp only discount, but they would give me a $75 credit, once I purchased it for $349, since I have been a customer since 1998. They also said my account had been noted as such. I replied I wasnt happy with it, and let them know I have already been shopping around since my contract is up in 2 weeks. Awaiting the next response.
I'll buy it for $275, but I figure it doesnt hurt to try and get a little more.

I think he was saying he's not getting the TP2 if there's no discount, so he might as well look for more apps for his TP1

I with you there... I have an 3rd party plan and paying retail sux.. just got the tp1 replaced again and will keep looking for more apps and ROMS unless anyone wants to donate a tp2 to my cause.

well how many times have you gotten your TP replaced? if its many you may be able to get a free TP2.
i went from the Mogul to the TP for free and without a contract renewal due to the amount of problems i had with the mogul. |
