Online Chat just refused to credit my account!!! I begged when I did the order for a 75.00 credit, which they did, so they would only have to authorize a 75.00 credit, and she flatly refused.... She does not have any information on price matching, or lowering the price.. I will try to call them tomorrow and see if I can get the 75.00 credit.

So, the Webchat was not the solution, at least in my case.

Just keep calling. Call back tonight. Keep calling until you get someone on the line to apply the credit for you. It took me three separate calls. You'll most likely have to offer a credible threat to terminate your service and let them transfer you to retentions before they'll grant the credit to you.

If this is true, it makes more sense for them to credit the difference back, rather than have them return the device, and re-purchase (returning it, gets them more "used" devices anyhow). Hopefully they won't have any issues matching it.
