You guys might want to have a look at this other area of this site.

This provided the solution for me without having to uninstall anything, just install this little .cab
Works brilliantly

Re: installed tomtom 7.450.9028 got BTTrayCE start-up error

Hello,

I have the same problem (BTTrayCE) on my new HTC HD2. I tried to delete the files but I canot (even with resco (read only files...)), and I tried your <strra TomTom BT Fix.cab> but it does not change anything... Is any body got the solution ?
Many thanks.

not sure why the fix didn't work for you, but check your pm

*edit* by the way, with resco, you have to rename to files. i used to just delete the ".dll" at the end. you can delete them with totalcommander though

I used the first two dll files and just overwrote over the files located in Windows main directory and works fine. I used TotalCommander.
