Here it is. Extract the link in the zip and copy to \windows\start up\. The .exe file goes in \windows\.

Sorry, I thought you only wanted the shortcut. I updated the zip to include the .exe as well.

No problem, but I realized you might also want the attached .dll's. These are the ones that were there originally, before TomTom overwrote them with their own. The also go in \windows\

you're awesome, I might have Bluetooth back without hard reset after all...

I reinstalled tomtom but when i copy/past the .lnk back to \windows\starting i had the same problem again...should i copy past also the .exe file ?

What exactly tomtom do when it is installing ????

change the lnk ? the exe? change some other dll ?

Should i abandon installing tomtom ?

I think this problem definitely needs to be a sticky, I fell for my own solution, tried to uninstall and lost my bluetooth...I'm going to try and replace the files to see if it restores BT, but people should probably avoid TomTom

I had that error. I just uninstalled TomTom & reinstalled it & the issue resolved itself after a soft reset.
