I just got off the phone with the sprint representative and he was trying to explain to me the process of exchanging phones, i think its a little different then how it used to be. He said that they will send the return kit and the new phone, but they are gonna charge my account for the total price of the phone and credit me back once they receive it. Before they wouldnt charge you unless they never receive the phone within their certain amount of days, can someone please explain this to me?
