I love this phone. I can even handle it with stock rom! (but cant wait to get cooking when we can)

I had a xv6700, then xv6800, and this Touch pro 2 is what I had dreamed the other 2 would have been. I was going to give my wife the 6800, but I don't want her to have to deal with low memory etc. After using this phone the the xv6800 seems so clunky lol. So I think after playing with my phone for 5 minutes I have her convinced to upgrade too. Only thing I hate is mandatory data package. If there were a "family" data plan I would be a happy camper. But the phone is gorgeous.

I got the same thing. And living in Florida I got complaints about us missing from the map. One person even said they must be looking into the future when we are swallowed up by the rising water levels due to global warming. LOL I colored it in with a black marker to put that one to rest too.

My issues are like everyone else. I miss the flash from my 6700, wish they hadn't gimped the FM tuner ( I was really looking forward to this and waiting for someone to make a radio Personal Audio Recorder or buffer program for radio), and wished that they had included released the hard SPL so we could start cooking our own ROMs. I miss 6.5 and am chomping at the bit to get the features our GSM only cousins from XDA are playing with. Please hurry on this community!

Other than those issues, I love the phone. Hands down the best device out there. More functional than that fruit phone, but I'm glad its on ATT only and those novices aren't sucking down my Verizon bandwidth (hands down the best network).

I should have mine on Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait. I too upgraded from the TP and was a little worried that the price I paid wouldn't justify the upgrade. So far you guys have convinced me!

I cant put the phone down. ive had alot of ppcs even the x1a and this is the top dog of them all.. no complaints at all... My wife tells me i put to much attention to it...lol

I am really pleased with my TP2 as well.

It seems that Verizon really did themselves (& us!) a favor by letting HTC bring out the full version this time. Everything that was wrong with the VZW TP1 has been improved. Unfortunately the one thing that was good (the flash) was left out. Hands down the best feature of this PPC is the screen. Man that thing is big! Makes my TP1 look like a child's toy. I love looking at movies on it now.

This was the way the Touch Pro should have been in the first place!

Just got my TP2, and oh my goodness does it ever kick this s**t out of my TP. The additional RAM made all the difference in the world. It's a beautiful phone, and although I didn't have to pay for mine, kudos go to VZW for not gimping the phone and beating all the other carriers with a $199 price tag. I can't wait for the HSPL unlocker and ROMs... woooohooo..
