Re: my tp2 committed suicide

Generally there is a protection fault in the battery if it gets to hot, after that it won't charge. Buy a recommened TP2 car charger for your phone and see if that works. Some chargers charge at different currents and such...Also try charging it at home on the wall charger and see if that works..if not...then buy a new battery.

Re: my tp2 committed suicide

Try this, I found this out from a Verizon Tech....take the battery out and put it on a smooth surface...and the twirl it one time....and see if it keeps going...if it keeps going your have a battery that is budging and needs to be replaced...if it stops withing 1/2 to 1 turn then its fine. Seems your battery has bit the bullet...I would also have the Sprint repair center take a look at it and see if they can diagnoise the issue.

Re: my tp2 committed suicide

Me thinks it was probably depressed about having to go back to work on Monday...I know I am

Hopefully you've tried removing the battery and leaving it out for a spell. Failing that, hopefully Sprint will see you right. Good luck.

Your TP2 committed suicide?

Wow.

Did it leave a note?

Was the tech cooking with an egg at the time? Because that seems like a test to see if an egg has been hard boiled, or is still raw.
