I notice this on my TP2.. anyone else??

Here are some things i notice.. normal or defect?? I am stock sprint!!

1. the back light on the keyboard is brighter at the 4 and 8 and get noticeably dimmer at the letter V and B.

2. there are two stickers on the top sides of the keyboard.. are these to be removed or are they there to stay??

3. when i turn off the phone and leave it off for about an hour and turn it back it... it is more responsive than just leaving it alone turned on for 3 hours...

4. when i am in the texting feature, i notice that sometimes it won't let me reply to a text... it happened once so far...

5. when i opened the box, even though this is a world phone.. where is my world charger adapter...

6. AND finally... with the amount of money i paid on this phone... when I tell it to do my laundry... it doesn't.. normal or defect??
