Man, I made sure that I didn't take off the plastic off the screen untll I was ready to put a clear protector on it. You learn your lesson when you own enough touchscreen phones and PDAs.
I was trying not to have to buy one.. teaches me not to be a cheapo... but doesnt fix the problem I have not ... I should have just bought one

I'm the same way, but when dropping $500 on a phone, I decided to err on the side of caution.

The screen protector comes in the box......

Although people will scream at this one, I would ask for a return and tell them it was damaged.

Apparently, only Sprint included the screen protector. I say return it. Serves them right for not including a screen protector.

I guess VZ figures when your saving $200 on the cost of the phone, it won't kill you to buy your own screen protector........

Re: Scratched screen :(

Verizon didn't include one? You guys sure? It blends into the other stuff they usually pack it with. seems weird they wouldn't supply one......I wouldn't have used my phone until I purchased on if that was the case.......

VZ did not include a SS with the original TP either.

Re: Scratched screen :(

Do not use car wax or that applesauce stuff on a capacitive screen. I've tried this before and you end up making things worse than when you started. I don't think it's meant to work with our glass/plastic screens.
