tp2 still have the blurry camera!...tweak helped alot

How is the auto focus a sales gimmick? The camera very obviously focuses on the area you tap in the image and the motors bringing the lens into focus can clearly be heard.

Not really just your opinion. It's true. You can't compare a good camera to a phone camera ever. I always see the phone camera as just fixing the.... "Hey I can't believe I just saw that!!! I wish had a camera!!!" moment. Every phone I have ever had takes a barely decent picture at best. My Opinion

Because he's right. it's a gimmick. Its SUPER slow. I took a pic of the empire state building three times last week.. steadying my elbow on a newspaper stand. It takes forever to adjust. They say it has autofocus.. and it does. But it sucks.

Try this Camera tweak, it seems to help a little on the TP1 and Diamond.
Its not gonna make you take Camera quality pics with your phone but it seem to help a little

Is this the cab that just gives you all of the options in the camera like we already have in the tweaks sticky? what does this file do exactly that you attached?

Exactly.

I have a 24" v 36" pic of my then 4 year old daughter hanging in my family room. It was taken with a Canon D-30 DSLR (with a $1200 lens)

That blowup is awesome & that is from a 3 megapixel camera, but it is a pro quality 3 megapixel.

What has helped me reduce the number of blurry picture is to remove the glass lens on the back of the touch pro 2 cover. The glass lens has some film on the back which makes the pictures blurry. I no matter how hard I try to remove that film it stays on the lens so by removing it I eliminate the film or you can remove the back cover before you take your pictures. My picture tend to be clearer since I have made these modifications. I would also recommend using a custom rom with camera version 6.17 build 37495.
