I've been working on it for many hours and there's still more work to be done. The main issue now is stabilization. I changed the design in an important way and it broke everything. I've got the GBC system stable and am proceeding to test/fix the rest. One upshot of this set of changes is that I will be investigating adding support for running Morphmodules so that we'll be able to run SNES and GBA games until I write my own modules. I've basically given up on SNES because I can't find good documentation for the 2 CPU's and there's a very tight integration between them which makes debugging games difficult. I think GBA would be a good one for me to work on since I'm good at optimization and the ARM7 CPU is well documented, it would be worthwhile doing. If you're willing to run something that's not 100% back on its feet, I will release something this weekend.

Re: Smartgear works great on Touch Pro 2! NES! Genesis!

LB ,got something you may wish to look into someday, when you get the time (no hurry). Since day one of owning a WM handset, I have been endlessly looking for an emulator that will play Colecovision games. I know there is Pocket Coleco, but that thing is so ancient and barely runs, let alone run properly on these new devices. I am a fan of this 80's era system because it was the first thing I played before NES came out. If you could sometime look into adding support for this system, I would be a happy guy . I know Coleco is old news to 95% of you people out there, hell, some of you probably never even heard of it. Still, it would be nice to see a little support for it someday.

Just something for you to consider. I would be happy to donate if that makes you feel any better ... and again, when you get the time.

Re: Smartgear works great on Touch Pro 2! NES! Genesis!

The new beta code is up and so is a new webpage with info:

http://www.bitbanksoftware.com/SG_Beta.html

The savegame logic is looking good, so please delete old savegame files and test the new code on all systems. Let me know about any problems you encounter and please give me some feedback on the new features.
L.B.

Forgot to mention that I enabled all of the new features for non-registered users to try also.

Genesis games dont work for me. Nintendo games work fine. The exit game soft key doesnt work on genesis games either...have to hit the x button hit the hang up/end hard key.

Re: Smartgear works great on Touch Pro 2! NES! Genesis!

Sounds good. Though, I never knew CV had existed in the emulator. Don't know, I have not tried it since 1.0.4. I'll tell you this, if CV emulation becomes good (including the sound), I will def try and donate something. You sure deserve proper credit for all the time you have put into this thing. Especially since no other NES/Gen or CV emulators are even in the works. Seems devs have moved to iphone and Android.

I will try the newest test version and see how the Gen, NES emulation works on my TP2. Been bummin to play some NES since my Q9m.
