does anyone know how to erase system files like;

what program will allow me to erase all the BS programs like:

sprint tv
nascar
mp3 trimmer
notes
sprint music
windows live
world card
streaming media
office mobile
htc mobile guide
jetcet presenter5/jetcet print5

all of these programs are useless to me and i could care less for them. is there any program that can delete the programs? if so is there a cab file where i just download it and go? thank you very much.

also i have a sprint tp2 w/stock rom and stock radio.
