ruskiyab, actually that's not the correct method for TP2. So maybe heed your own advice. I was able to use File Explorer and find UPDATEPROFILE in the windows DIR and that got it working. Thanks everyone, except ruskiyab, for all your help I appreciate it!

What he quoted is basically where it is. It's just because of TF3d taking the start menu, that it requires one extra step of now clicking "All Settings". File Explorer wasn't necessary.

If you wanna go through all that, that's fine, if you don't know how to get into the settings on this phone, that's not my fault.

Are you sure you should be using a TP2? Maybe you shouldnt be using a SMARTphone with all the features thats included.

EVDO service takes some time to provision sometimes up to 4 hours. I waited 8 hours when I upgraded last. It can happen. not sure if this is the case but updating your profile and prl should speed it up
