Did an Over-the-Air programming/provisioning occurred? It's suppose to happen after you activate a new device.

If not, call them and ask for it.

Yes we know, what I am asking is, did you had a Sprint phone earlier to this? And when you get it, how did you have it activated?

On their website doing "Activating a new phone"? Calling them on the customer service hotline? Or it came as the way it is already activated?

That is a network issue. If you call tech support they should be able to walk you through it.

On my TP You would go to start, settings, system, update profile. That would fix it. You should still have the option on the new phone. Unless sething seriously changed.

Okay then you should receive an Over-the-Air provisioning/programming shortly after the swap. If you have not, call them or do the "Update Profile" as Table83 mentioned.

How do I update profile on TP2?
