It should apply to everyone. I have received ~3 letters in the mail regarding the new pricing tier for insurance replacements.

Yep, high end phones like ours will be $100 and $50 for the others. They sent this information back in the spring I believe.

and right after that got released reps told me the same day but today reps told me the release has changed and it could be sooner now.
