CIQ on TP2
Yes, its there! I just found it looking for the spots to tweak it like my TP1.
Found in two spots (so far, will update if i find it elsewhere): 1. HKLM\SOFTWARE\CIQ 2. HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\CIQAgent In 1, you can set/see what it actually has access to, which are the metrics they advertise them to capture like carrier, sw version, MEID, ESN etc. Looks like nothing personal. In 2, you can set EnableCIQ to (0), presumably this should turn it off.

Its funny, at least 35 threads a day are people who tried to flash and messed up, or wonder why in the middle of the night their phone up and did a hard reset by 'itself'.
